Banquet: As always, Tuesday Night is banquet night! Each Hell Week registrant receives one banquet ticket in their packet. We will return to the 2011 location at the county building south of town. Information will be in your registration packet upon check-in.

Amenities: Each rider will receive (depending on the registration package you select): one Hell Week t-shirt, one Hell Week sweat shirt, one entry to the banquet, a complete set of maps and cue sheets, one commemorative, and more fun than cyclists should be allowed to have. We will also have additional shirts and sweatshirts available. Additional banquet tickets may also be purchased for your travelling companions, spouses, significant others, etc.

Register online and avoid the hassle of writing checks and sending mail! You can also reserve your extras shirts and banquet tickets, as well as purchase other Hell Week and related paraphernalia. Please, no mail-in registrations after 1st March, or online registrations after 9th March! You can register onsite. There are no limits to how many riders we will accept.

Non-Cycling Significant Others: There's no reason to leave your spouse or significant other behind. Bring them to Hell Week! There's plenty of interesting shops and restaurants in Fredericksburg, not to mention activities nearby in San Antonio and Austin. We will provide each registrant with a local publication that showcases all of the many things to do in and around Fredericksburg.

Important Times: All Rides will start at 9:00 a.m. CT, unless weather conditions dictate a later start.

Rider Check-In: Registration will start on Friday afternoon 9th March at approximately 4 p.m. and run until 9 p.m. Riders may also check in on Saturday morning at 7:30 a.m. before the rides, or at any time during the day. We also accommodate later arrivals. Please let us know if you will be arriving after Saturday.

Headquarters: Once again, headquarters for all Hell Week activities will be at the Sunset Inn. All rides will start and finish from the Sunset. Weather: Bring a good supply of sunscreen, or plan on buying it in Fredericksburg. The March sun is very intense in Texas, and riders routinely get savage tans (and sometimes burns). Normal highs and lows for the period are low- to mid-70s by day, and mid-40s by night. Sunrise is at about 7:00 a.m., while sunset is at about 7:00 p.m. Some variability in the weather is normal; we may have some cool days, while we almost always have at least one day at or above 90-degrees. Come prepared for anything.
